چکیده
Narrowband spikes are observed in solar flares for several decades. However, their exact origin is still discussed. To contribute to understanding of these spikes, we analyze the narrowband 800-2000 MHz range during impulsive phase November 7, 2013 flare. In radio spectrum, started with typical broadband clouds and then distribution frequencies changed into unique, very narrow bands having non-integer frequency ratios. We successfully fitted spike by those, calculating dispersion branches growth rates Bernstein modes. For comparison, also analyzed model, where generated at upper-hybrid frequencies. Using both models, estimated plasma density magnetic field sources. Then models discussed, arguments favor model modes presented. Analyzing profiles this event Fourier method, found power-law spectra indices varying -0.8 -- -2.75 interval. Because some times index was close Kolmogorov spectral (-5/3), propose that through turbulent reconnection outflows or directly flares.

The Minimum bandwidth of narrowband spikes in solar flare decimetric radio waves
The minimum and the mean bandwidth of individual narrowband spikes in two events in decimetric radio waves is determined by means of multi-resolution analysis. Spikes of a few tens of millisecond duration occur at decimetric/microwave wavelength in the particle acceleration phase of solar flares. A first method determines the dominant spike bandwidth scale based on their scalegram, the mean squ...
متن کاملLocation of narrowband spikes in solar flares
Narrowband spikes of the decimeter type have been identified in dynamic spectrograms of Phoenix-2 of ETH Zurich and located in position with the Nançay Radioheliograph at the same frequency. The spike positions have been compared with the location of hard X-ray emission and the thermal flare plasma in soft X-rays and EUV lines. The decimetric spikes are found to be single sources located some 2...
